Abstract
The article deals with the specific aspects of poetry translation and with the factors determining the translator decision (meter, the prosodic system, rhyme, rhythm, semantics etc.) As an example depicting these specific aspects we chose the Serbian poem Kamena uspavanka by S.Raičković and its two Czech translations.
