The article distinguishes various levels of competences within education, defines them and concretizes them within the context of anti-corruption education of the Czech police officers. The author challenges current cognitive focus of anti-corruption education of police officers by arguing, that corruption is a phenomenon which is primarily caused not by deficit in legal or other cognitive area, but in the sphere of morals.
Therefore, an original attempt to surpass the current state in the form of auto-didactical gamebooks Corruption in Stories was presented and briefly characterized in the last part of the article.
