Abstract

This contribution represents a theoretical and methodological entrance into research concerning the impacts of second home tourism on shaping regional identity. An empirical part follows the theoretical concepts and focuses on analyses of the process of shaping regional identity and identity of regions in areas with considerable concentration of settlements and municipalities with a prevalent tourist function.
