Abstract
This paper deals with the question of whether the proliferation of specialized institutions for dispute resolution, namely investment arbitration and judicial authorities in the field of human rights and avoid any risk of legal fragmentation and jurisdictional competition. With that is then linked the question of whether and how they can be drawn into the human rights obligations of international investment arbitration.
