Institutional changes of national innovation systems - an indicator of innovation culture?

Abstract

The presentation at the conference "Innovation cultures argues that institution building and institutional reflexivity are an important factor of modern cultures. The arguments are based on the concept of instituional framework for innovation and identification of the actors facilitating an instituional change.
