Abstract

Turner syndrome is caused by the absence or mosaic of X chromosome. Symptoms are evident from the neonatal age.

Late diagnosis brings difficulties with the final height of those affected. In addition to endocrine and gynecological problems comes to the fore the issue of Cardiology.

The overall quality of life of women with Turner syndrome has been significantly improved in last years.
