Abstract

Climate change will result in major physical, ecological, economic, social, and geopolitical adjustments. The Arctic, in particular, is undergoing some of the most rapid and drastic climate changes on earth.

This is leading to renewed interest in the region, not only from Arctic States, ut also from other major powers.
