Abstract
The author of the monograph deals with the protection of collective rights and civil court proceedings, which is understood as all procedures designed to promote the public interest to facilitate the use of the same features of the legal status of groups of people. The goal is to become familiar with complex issues in the Czech civil proceedings against the background of the analysis of trends in European and global development of civil proceedings.
