Abstract

A group of 92 patients with an osteoarthritis of the medial compartment of the knee joint was managet surgicaly. Closing wedge osteotomy was the surgical technique used.

This osteotomy method, how to relive knee pain, in patiens below 60 years of age with an early - stage of the knee osteoartritis was highly effective.
