The panel painting in North-West and West Bohemia from c. 1340 to the first half of the 16th century

Abstract

The chapter is devoted to the following of confessional changes (roman Catholicism, Utraquism, Lutheran reformation) in the North-West Bohemia in the course of the 15th and first half of the 16th century and their impact on the panel painting. The impact of confessionality especially on the iconography was proved.
