Abstract
Paget's disease is a disorder of bone remodeling with local character. This process is initiated by increase of osteclastic resorption of a bone following by compensatory increase of bone formation.
The result of this process is creation of disorganized woven and lamellar bone, expanded in size, with an increased number of blood vessels. The changed bone is more susceptible to deformity and fracture in comparison with normal bone.
Some patients are asymptomatic
