Abstract

Based on the existing literature, discussions with specialists, empirical experiences from fitness coaching of top triathlonists and practical experience we put together the set of strength and coordination exercises for athletics. Exercises were aimed at improvements in physical fitness of athletes especially in the area of movement and strengts coordination which should consequently improve techniques of swimming, cycling, running, etc.
