Abstract
An agrarian reform was a part of program of each agrarian party in Europe. It resulted from social and economic issues and last but not least a national issue.
The national issue played an important role after the foundation of Czechoslovakia because of its national composition. The chapter analyses collisions between two different angles of view of Czech and German nationalism to the issue of conception of land reform and its realization.
Next the chapter identifies results and consequences of agrarian reform.
