Abstract
State contracts were a very sensitive issue because there were competing Czech, German and Slovak companies. The chapter deals with the mechanism of allocation of state contracts.
It analyses particularly German complaints at the favoring of Czech companies and the validity of this complaints. It explains at what extend was the economic policy of Czechoslovakia 'nationally neutral' in this issue.
