Abstract

Hidden church was a part of unofficial free Catholic Church in communist Czechoslovakia. It has many branches but the most famous is the Moravian branch founded by Felix M.

Davídek. This part of the hidden church was very specific because it has had own hierarchy with bishops, inside were ordinations of married men and also women.

This praxis caused integration problems into Catholic Church after the end of communist era although they always considered themselves as a part of this church united with Vatican. Just after the "Velvet revolution" Catholic Church had to face this problem, in 1992 Vatican delivered rigorous solution.

This causes discontent in hidden church so they and also official church made few attempts to solve this integration problem, but until nowadays it has no final solution despite of numerous endeavors.
