Abstract
This paper presents a critical analysis of the current draft of the draft Civil Code in relation to compensation. The authors argue with comparable foreign regulations and current development of Tort Law in Western Europe.
The article contains a specific proposal of legaltext, which is based on the analysis and comments of both authors.
