Abstract
The paper reflects the current situation in the development of supervision as a specialised discipline in this country. It deals with the professional branch criteria and what to be tackled in the future.
It examines the movements which give rise to supervision and mentions the vagueness of concepts. Finally, it treats problems of introducing of supervision into organisations.
