Abstract
Workshop on induction of novice teachers, organized by project INNOTE ("Induction for Novice Teachers"), financed by EU in 2009 - 2012. Similar workshops were organized in six Eu countries (The Netherlands, Finland, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, UK).
Thematic focus: 1/ Conditions for induction of novice teachers, roles and responsibilities of participants 2/ Possibilities for induction system support in the Czech Republic, 3/ Impact of interntational project results into Czech educational practices.
