Some remarks on the issue of rights corresponding to servitude by the Austrian General Civil Code of 1811

Abstract

This paper deals with some issues of rights corresponding to servitude in ABGB , especially with the possibility to bear such a right of the real estates registred in the land books according to Code and judicial practice.
