Abstract
The article is a review on the cultural-historical study by the Swedish historian Eva Strömberg Kranz, dealing with the life and works of the Swedish personality, countess and authoress Amelie Posse-Brázdová (1884-1957), also in connection with Czech and Swedish mutual relationships. The Swedish study was translated into Czech and published by the Akropolis publishers in 2011.
