Abstract
The financial institucions played an unsubatitutable role in the proces of emencipation of the Czech nation in the 19th century. In the first decades of the 20th century, the Czech banking systém was completed as a significant domain of the national economy.
The Czech banks was very importand in the sugar market and sugar industry.
