Abstract

Author analyses last development in the European private international and procedural law with regard to political, social and other changes. It concludes that certain notions and categories underwent very relevant changes.

Some of legal institutions remained undeveloped, some of them received quite a new role as far instance exequatur, recognition, cooperation between courts, etc. The author criticizes some phenomena and recommend a focus on the education and introduction of specialized courts.
