Abstract
In my paper I wanted to show the participants of PARTSIP conference the Facebook environment in the point of view of an institution. After a brief introduction I explained the basic strategies for successful functioning of libraries on Facebook and also the most typical mistakes which we can often see in practice.
Also the best practices were presented (specially those that do not require a lot of time and money) and the final recommendation: setting goals of Facebook usage.
