Expression of heart oxytocin receptor and its mRNA in two rat strains with different activity of HPA axis

Abstrakt

The aim was to study mRNA expression of oxytocin receptors in two rat strains,Sprague-Dawley and Lewis.The differences in the HPA axis activity do not project in the expression of the receptor under basal condition.
