Abstract
The whole complex of external influences has an effect on a human organism. Meteorological elements and phenomena are indispensable component of this complex.
The most accurate forecasts of an occurance of those phenomena and a time behaviour of meteorological elements are the mission of biometeorological forecasts generally, including a regional map. The biometeorological forecast is processed from the end of 80's of the 20th century in the Czech Republic, it is published from 1993 in the media.
The current model's construction is based on a synoptic interpretation of the weather progress with an emphasis on main meteorological elements (air temperature, humidity and pressure). The present situation calls for a next development of the biometeorological forecast methodics, but it calls for a new ways of biometeorological research in the Czech Republic and a development of an additional services from a biometeorology area.
