Historical memory in old czech litetarure is formed first by authors of legends about st. Wenceslas.
Monk Christian fixes historical memory through establishing Prague castle and reign of sovereign, baptizing Bořivoj I. and merits of st. Wenceslas - "Magni Patroni" of czech nation.
This scheme developed Cosmas in chronicle of bohemians. The work of founder of Přemysl dynasty is the guarantee of stability of czech state so as protection of st.
