Abstract
Text deals with the topic of three basic nondemocratic regimes: totalitarian, authoritarian and so called hybrid regimes. It is not only description of main definitions and types of nondemocratic regimes but text also concentrates on theoretical discussions, especially about theory of totalitarianism.
