Abstract
Multiple sclerosis is chronic inflammatory demyelinating illness of central nervous system. The first case report brings a case of a man, at which has evolved depressive episode and later also psychosis after initial adjustment disorder.
In the second case, depressive-neurasthenic syndrome has been evolved with neurological symptoms together.
