The Cohesion of the Lyrical Self: How to Re-Construct the Lyrical Self via the Reader Response

Abstract

The essay proposes a new way of textual analysis of the lyrical Self in poetry, based on the linguistic category of cohesion. Based on the notion of cohesion, it should allow to re-connect all the features and elements of the distinctive poetic text to construct a unique textual Self.
