Apparatus and method for thermally controlled haze and color evaluation of beverages in commercial bottles
Abstract
The goal of COLORTURB project is the experimental research and development of the HW prototype, methods of the prototype of the apparatus for thermally controlled haze and color evaluation of beverages directly in commercial bottles. The developed apparatus and method is designed for prediction of shelf life of various bottled beverages and for the evaluation of color and haze changes during forced ageing under encreased temperature directly in unopened commercial bottles.
