Abstract

This article summarizes the results of monitoring of selected biochemicals parametres in a group if the middle and long distace runners. There were monitored urea, glucose, creatine kinase and hematocrit.

At the same time athletes judged subjectively on a five-point scale assessment fo total body fatigue and leg fatigue. The obtained results were compared and correlated together and with subjective perception of fatigue.
