Abstrakt
In the article the description of CRYO-FALP apparatus and physical processes that are relevant to the study of collisional-radiative recombination are described. Brief history and some details of the afterglow experiments are also given.
Also it is discused the determination of electron temperature by monitoring diffusion losses during the afterglow.
