Abstract

The success of the implementation of organizational changes in term of human factors is significantly influenced by resolving a wide range of numerous contradictions and dilemmas. Aggregation or the minimum level of contradictions and dilemmas is a showcase management and specialist preparing the project of changes and indicator of successful implementation of organizational change (that means fast - slow implementation, simple - komplex course, complete - partial implementation of planned changes).
