The purpose of this study was to determine the rate of non-sentinel lymph node (NSLN) involment at axillary lymph node dissection (CALND) in the case of 1)macrometastases-N1 group, 2)micrometastases-N1 Mi group and 3)submicrometastases-N0I + group.
