Abstract

The publication describes sexuality, sexual and reproductive health and other associated problematic areas as an interdisciplinary and complex topic, and it is intended to be primarily for adolescents, their parents and educators. The first part of the book tries to capture individual development, which influences sexual experiences in adulthood and what partnership and parent attitudes will be like.

The second part of this book refers to evolutionary foundations of partner selection, and to what is normal in sexual and partner relationship. It presents an interesting discussion of subjectivity of sexual feelings and sexual behavior.

It introduces a new research data and monitors current trends of the Czech population and current trends in sexual behavior of the Czech population. In the third part of the publication are presented many topics that we consider as current and important, especially at the level of prevention and intervention.

It is discussed a topic focused on child abuse, HIV issues, issues of abortion, contraception, infertility and others.
