The chapter presents outcomes of a qualitative research focused on the current situation of inclusive education at primary schools. The research was undertaken thanks to the project School for everybody, school for all in 2008-2010 and included 15 teachers, psychologists and other experts, who shared their points of view on the main research question: drawbacks and opportunities of inclusive edcuation in the Czech Republic.
Data, colletected through semistructured interviews and decoded through grounded theory, are discussed within eight thematic sections (teaching strategie, school climate and experience of success, cooperation with families, legislative framework, etc.). Moreover, based the discovered needs of teachers, the authors offer recomendations targeted on education of (future) teachers in their concluding discussion.
