Abstract

School educational environment is an important socializing and educational factor in the development of children and adolescents. It is necessary to optimize its operation in the development of school relations and learning outcomes.

Suggestions for effective action teachers can provide evaluation of professional activities, teacher's professional skills. The paper offers one of the possible methods of evaluation - learning about teaching and learning styles of teachers by interviewing students.
