Abstract
Translation of an excerpt from the novel Solodka Darusja by an Ukrainian novelist, poetess and publicist Marija Matiosova (*1959) which was published in Czech for the first time in "Plav" journal, a monthly for the world literature. The author was awarded several prestigious prizes for the novel.
