Czechoslovak section of Radio Free Europe consisted of two parts: the Czech and Slovak. During the joint broadcasting (1951-1992) appeared various disputes, which reflected the unresolved relationship between the two nations.
The most serious split occurred in 1960. The most Slovaks in Czechoslovakia editors were Samuel Belluš, Karol Belák, Brnislav Štefánek, Jozef Špetko or Agneša Kalinová.
