Abstract
The author deals with the development and changes of the Foundation Legend of the Bohemian State in the Late Medieval Chronicles and Annals. At that time, the older Myth about the Origin of Bohemia was adapted according to the territorial ambitions of Charles IV and Silesia and Poland were integrated into that Legend.
