Abstract

Social economy is a new term. It reminds orientation of international institutions in the 80s, when the concept of social economy on the governmental level was developed in Europe.

Social economy is a new term. The subjects in third sector (civil sector, social economy) are voluntary, separated from a state, autonomous, mutual, preferring social aspects and interests of their members, whose main aim is not any profit.
