Abstract
The article relates the most important biographic data of the Portuguese writer Dinis Machado to show how much is his unique novel O que diz Molero (1977) autobiographic. But the first aim is to demonstrate his novel as an exemplary one for the postmodern fiction and more particularly, for one important current in the actual Portuguese literature, called by excellent specialist Miguel Real "deconstruction of the substantial realism" where the new paper of several narrators is crucial.
