Abstract

The aim of the present article is the description and application of diagnostic and training device MFT S3 Check for evaluating the effect of selected techniques applied during the reconditioning process for the rehabilitation of first league soccer players. Plastic surgery of the anterior cruciate ligament (LCA) was applied on our probands group.

The study provides information on the use of selected curative procedures for players return to training in the process of the football club. Application these procedures on the probands (n = 4), first league soccer players, two defenders and two midfielders.

Applied methods were used in the reconditioning training. These activities for gradual loading of the operated knee joint and functionally related segments of the musculoskeletal system are able to activate muscles in the knee joint.

The study includes description of the operated knee joint response to the various types of loads, which changed during the process of reconditioning training. By using MFT S3 CHECK procedures, we can describe and optimize rehabilitation and reconditioning training after injuries placed of the knee joint.
