BRIEF SUMMARY OF NON-INVASIVE METHODS OF CONTROL AND MANAGMENT IN SWIMMING TRAINING

Abstract

Our paper presents a brief overview of the usage and application of the relationship between the distance (D) and speed (T) in swimming. The problem of use of simple tests for the control and management of training are present for more than 40 years.

The scientists were looking for such a reliable method, which would encroach upon the intended use and adherence to strict methodology, in the control of lactate. Using equation (D - distance and T - time) directed primarily to determining the value of anaerobic threshold (ANP), a load level that allows to control and manage the load intensity, during a swimming workout.
