Abstract

Physical activity options for patients with cardiovascular disease are limited. Swimming and other physical activities in the water for these patients are appropriately loading.

Using specific quality of the aquatic environment, patients may carry out an effective move that would under normal conditions have been difficult to implement. For control of safety motor load in patients we used Borgscale subjectively perceived exertion.

The article assesses the conditions under which the movement program can be effective to realize in the water and what benefits it may bring to patients.
