Abstract

The study aims to highlight the need for assigning evaluation of functional state of the organism in connection with the operation of the training process. The study provides information on testing the functional state of locomotive apparatus.

In probands (n = 16), youth soccer junior category, with regular training and playing load we made the diagnosis of functional state of the organism within 6 months. In the period took place in probands pre-test ontogenetic transition from the youth category in the junior category.

It is a time when there is generally an end to the period of puberty and early adolescence. The main criterion was the reference analysis and subsequent development of changes in the shortened muscle groups, specifically loaded in football.

For diagnosis, we used a test shortened muscles according to Janda. Observed differences in the monitored muscle groups meet one-sided loading of the organism.

We met with the state of muscular imbalance - the muscle shortening of postural muscles with predominant features. Using these methods for diagnosing the functional state of the organism provided us with valuable information about the state of the locomotor system in young footballers.
