Abstract

The health benefits of the method of freestyle swimming are primarily to maintain the physiological mobility of the shoulder and the ankle joint. Relief biting and transmission phase rotation also induces muscle relaxation and effort muscles.

Given the need to rewind part of the body during swimming activity not only develops the muscles of arms and legs, but also the trunk muscles. Crawl can swim quickly and economically and is usable for conditioning purposes.

The paper is an introduction to practice freestyle, presents exercises for the body position crawl and activity of the legs on land, at the edge of the pool and on the move.
