Abstract
The monograph on the basis of a comprehensive catalogue of the broadsheets of the Thirty Years' War, concerning primarily Frederick V, Elector Palatinate and King of Bohemia, presents this ruler as palsgrave, king, antiking, exile and symbol of hope. The authoress focuses primarilly on the broadsheet comunication in the czech-german languge area of the 17. century.
