Abstract
The paper presents a web portal UMÍM.TO used to work with electronic portfolios operated by the Department of Information Technology and Education at the Faculty of Education of Charles University in Prague. The text summarizes fundamental aspects of electronic portfolios and describes the software Mahara on which the portal is built and monitors its functionality overlap with education at universities.
It also includes a brief tutorial how to connect through its own portal installation of a virtual learning environment Moodle cooperated with Mahara.
