Abstract
The attitudes of the majority Czech population to the foreigners living here examined within the framework of a broad sample(survey in 2002 in three middle-sized Czech towns - Jirkov u Chomutova, Dvůr Králové n.L., Brandýs n.L. - Stará Boleslav), while the approach of two generations - the grandparents and grandchildren - was taken into account.
